09:00- 11:00 Monastery of St Barnabas - Othello's Castle - Ghost Town Maras
We drive through the vast Mesaoria plain to the Famagusta region. We visit the ancient city of Engomi, where writing was first discovered and copper was processed, and the Monastery of St Barnabas, founder of the Greek Orthodox Church and patron saint of Cyprus, now an Icon and Archaeological Museum. Then on the way to Famagusta city, we will see the ancient sea gate to the town, St Nicholas Cathedral (now Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque), the ruins of the Venetian Palace, the famous square, and the prison of the popular poet Namik Kemal. After a panoramic view of the Gianbulat Pasha Gate, you will have free time to visit Otello Castle and the ghost town of Maras, which was a popular tourist destination until 1974.

11:45 - 13:00 Capital Nicosia
Nicosia is the last divided capital city in the world. During the tour we will see the border, called the Green Line, which divides the city into Greek and Turkish parts. We will visit Ledra Palace, the Presidential Palace, and other exciting places.

13:30 - 15:45 Lunch and visit to Bellapais Monastery
After the buffet lunch, we go to Bellapais Monastery. The monastery was built in the 12th and 13th centuries AD. The first monks who settled in the monastery in 1187 belonged to the Augustinian knightly order that left Jerusalem. In the courtyard and garden of the monastery, you will listen to the beautiful history of this monument. Then we go to Kyrenia Castle.

16:00 - 17:00 Kyrenia Castle and Harbour
During the walking tour, we will see the Castle, built on the site of a fortress that already existed in Roman times; the oldest parts of today's fortifications date from the 7th century, when the Byzantines built a defensive fortress and later extended during the Lysignan dynasty and given its present appearance by the Venetians. After a short walk, the boat trip will continue.

17:00 - 18:30 During the boat journey we will see the North coast. We will take a short break
for swimming. You will be offered alcoholic drinks and treats at an additional cost.

18:30 - 20:30 Free time in Kyrenia city center. You can shop or spend time.
in the cafe by the sea.

20:30 Departure to Ercan Airport.
